Sign-ups for the 2008-2009 season
Where: Queen of All Saints School 2391 Grant St. Concord
When: August 10th and 24th from 9 am to Noon.
Fees: $125 for each player grades 4-8
$125 for each player grades 2-3
***EVERYONE MUST BRING COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO SIGN-UPS. EVEN RETURNING PLAYERS!
Returning players do not need to fill out forms prior to sign-ups but be prepared to confirm or make changes to information provided last year.
On-line Registration also available beginning August 4th at
Eligibility requirements to be able to play basketball for QAS:
1. Attend QAS school
2. Attend Faith Formation the current year and the previous year at QAS.
3. Live within our parish boundaries (click on map below).
